Returns & Refunds
We want our sandals to make you (and your feet) feel great. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send them back within 30 days for a full refund. It’s that simple!
How to Return Your Order
To be eligible for a return, sandals must be in new condition with no signs of wear, damage or alterations. All tags must be intact. Please include receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you on the status of your return within 5 business days.
Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Of course, if the return is a result of our error or defect, we’ll make it right and happily pay the return shipping and send the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Refunds are applied to the original method of payment. You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks. This includes transit time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return (3-5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. We’ve found it’s often easier for customers to simply return an item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size/style.
